FEDS Use The DMV To Send A Bogus Registration

I had posted the following photo sometime back to show how the FEDS actually got the New York State Department Of Motor Vehicles to send me a registration tag for my motorcycle which did NOT have the usual expiration dates.

For that matter the year listed on the sticker was not even 05 as it should have been but instead 06. A little Satanic ritual abuse going on here -- 666? Notice there is nothing on the sides of the sticker indicating the type of vehicle or an expiration date. Also notice how large the 06 is.

Now take a look at the sticker below which I have posted for comparative purposes. Notice that in this case the expiration date and vehicle types are clearly listed as they should be and the year is of NORMAL size, rather than the large 06 which was found on the above sticker.

Given all that these federal scumbags have subjected me to in the past through the use of their directed energy weapons and mind control, at least this sticker is some physical proof as to the mind games that they play. If only I could prove first hand the way in which they have scanned and manipulated my own thoughts (mind rape) that would really be an achievement. Not to mention showing how they use their satellites to spy on me 24/7/365 even within the privacy of my own bedroom and bathroom. Yes, they are watching me in my own bathroom!!

And I am hardly alone in being subjected to this technology or the EXTREME invasion of privacy. Thousands of people are now coming forward as they are being made aware that they too are being subjected to the US Federal Government's mind control technology and the gangstalking which seems to accompany it for those who become savy what is really going on.

The FEDS don't want us telling others about it, and have destroyed our reputations and even our relationships with our own Families in efforts to both silence and discredit us. They have perpetrated some of the worst crimes imaginable against us and don't want the mainstream public learning about it. Even many of our own neighbors don't know exactly why they are being used to harass us. They certainly don't know the truth about the FEDS crimes against us, or that the extreme technology that they are using to spy on the American people, many times within the privacy of their own homes.

And consider this. More then a few Targeted Individuals (TI's) have documented that their own families were used to set them up, when the families themselves were coerced into taking part in this despicable harassment. Also note that in the case of the FBI, these agents watch their victims commit suicide in real time, by way of these satellites, succumbing to the psychological breakdown that they were forced to endure at the hands of these federal agents.

You did not misread anything here. These agents watched as the people who they were using psychological warfare on (innocent citizens) committed suicide. This is exactly what many TI's including myself are being put through at this time, and in many cases our own families are being forced to take part in it.

You wanna talk about SICK??? I won't even post anything more emotionally charged then this since these federal pieces of garbage will only use it to attack me in other ways. If I were to attempt any type of legitimate reconcilliation with my Family (as I have over the past 3 years) these scumbags would immediately move in and place more pressure on them to prevent it from happening. The truth is that these bastards have absolutely obliterated my relationship with my Family and a reconcilliation will never happen because of it.

The FEDS are using this extreme psychological warfare in an effort to force me to commit suicide, but before doing so, they want me to say that none of what I have documented over the past three years is the truth. However that is NOT EVER GOING TO HAPPEN. These FEDS and the gangstalking TRASH that they employ are criminals, and everything that they have put my Family and me through is true -- EVERYTHING I HAVE DOCUMENTED HERE from the gangstalking crimes to the satellite mind manipulation is TRUE.

ALL OF IT! And the FEDS are GUILTY AS HELL which is why they are doing their best to get me to commit suicide. And I am hardly the only one who they are doing this to. Paid criminals who violate the laws in this land and then perjure themselves in court to cover up these crimes. LIARS ONE AND ALL!!! And there is no question that these so called community watch groups and the paid gangstalkers who act as their ring leaders are sanctioned by the FEDS. If the FEDS did not want them to exist , they'd be GONE.

America the land of the free where due process of law is guarenteed by our own Constitution -- What a crock!!! There are thousands of people in this country being more or less targeted as I am, being denied their right to due process of law.

And millions more who are being illegally spied on without even realizing it.

And those around us develop a convenient sense of denial to allow these hate crimes to occur, not having the courage to stand up to those who perpetrate them.

And it is the FEDS who are behind this, while motivating these so called "community watch groups" (a fancy name for unpaid gangstalkers) to routinely take part in these crimes. That something this horrific can happen within our own communites can only mean one thing. The US Government has been subverted, and legitimate democracy and adherence to the US Constitution no longer exist within this nation.

FUCK OFF YOU FASCIST RAT BASTARDS!!

You've sold the American people out. And once they collectively realize this you and your fascist ideologies are finished!

We should have finished you off after WWII, before you could get yourselves embedded within the American community by way of the newly created CIA and NSA. You had some very powerful CORPORATE connections here in the USA which enabled you to become part of US Intelligence and flourish, instead of paying for your crimes against the Jews and the Holocaust. Little did we realize that you would eventually worm your way into the US Politics as well while maintaining your stronghold on the US Intelligence community. However, this time around you're not gonna be so lucky. Too many people now know who aided and abetted you and they are going down with you!

I apologize to the readers for the above rant, but given the psychological stress that I am under 24 hours a day for the past 1200 plus days, these rants are what have kept me sane in dealing with these federal psychopaths, their gang stalking minions, and the psychological warfare that they have subjected me to.

The FEDS Strike Again!

I had posted on a new message board recently which covers quite a bit of stalking activity. Of course the FEDS did not like this and immediately moved in to slander or libel me -- I use both the written and verbal forms of character defamation here, since I have no way of knowing whether they called the person who picked up on my post and Website or e-mailed them. How I would love to have a copy of the e-mail just so I could document exactly how these federal scoundrels attack us behind our backs.

Anyway, today I got an e-mail from a person who took interest. Of course, any persons who would have attempted to answer me in an honest way would have been intercepted by this federal garbage as they have for the past three years. So the person who sent me the e-mail had been contacted and was also utilized in my harassment. This e-mail I should note had just enough triggers to get my attention, yet allow the person who sent it some leeway to bullshit his way out of it if needbe. I did not respond in kind with triggers of my own since I don't approve of that and have only done so twice in the past to give those who did it to me on numerous occasions a taste of their own medicine. And you know what? They didn't like having it done to them either. No one would, since these triggers are an extremely covert yet nasty form of psychological intimidation.

I doubt this guy will get back to me because his ploy was easy to see through and he probably already knows that any further e-mails will be deleted. Truthfully, I think it's psychotic behavior and indicative of the FEDS who instigate this type of inhumane cruelty to others. One thing's for certain. I know what I have witnessed in regard to the extreme violations of my Civil Rights and those of my Family. And these FEDS are doing their best to cover up one hell of a conspiracy!

I have documented some of the worst violations ever perpetrated against an American citizen, and by not one, but at least three different federal agencies -- FBI, NSA and the Department Of Homeland Security. Not to mention the goonsquads of professional gangstalkers that they have employed to harass me, or the complete infiltration of my community and very own neighborhood to take part in the aforesaid psywarfare tactics.

The Bush Adminstration has allowed for the creation of an offshoot of the original gangstalker for hire. It's called the community watch police informant groups who are nothing but vigilante gangstalkers who take part in the psycholgical harassment of those targeted. These people despite what they may delude themselves into believing are not helping law enforcement.

They are taking part in criminal activity -- and they are SNEAKY in the ways in which they go about doing it. Most of their attacks are done in such a way in which to give them plausible deniability since what they are doing is criminal, and if caught in an undeniable crime, they could be arrested. They know this, so they are very careful to stick to their gang stalking protocols to prevent this from happening.

The FEDS are now using my neighbors to do most of their dirty work for them so that they can redirect attention away from my claims against them. It's a typical federal SMOKESCREEN that they set off to get everybody looking in another direction, while they slither away. And of course everytime I document someother form of harassment that they have engineered, they throw a little more shit on the fire just to keep things stirred up so that people will pay attention not to the crimes that the FEDS have committed, but instead, to the people whom they are targeting for this harassment.

As for the stalking victim who recently allowed himself to be used by these thugs to take part in my harassment I have the following comment:

You think you have problems Gerry? Try having these federal scumbags spying on you 24/7/365 as a vendetta for one of their own agents, and you will truly understand what living in a nightmare is. If your stalkers were being orchestrated by the FEDS you would not even be able to have contact with stalking groups unless they were being used as provocateurs in the FEDS attacks on you.

You would become COMPLETELY ISOLATED! No Family, friends or community.

I am sorry for what you are being put through, but I guarantee you that you are not isolated the way that I am. And if you think that I am exaggerating, take a look at Geral Sosbee's Website and see how the FBI has made him a pariah within his own community just for reporting criminal activity within the bureau. While noone who's being gangstalked is having an easy time, I will guarentee you that when the FEDS are behind it, you are being harassed worse then anyone else, simply because the FEDS have the authority and financial wherewithall to destroy your reptuation and relationships in ways in which your average stalkers simply do not.

And they do this to people whom they cannot legally prosecute -- innocent people who have not been arrested, tried or convicted of any crimes. So how can this be happening in the United States?

What the FEDS have perpetrated here is an outright LIE and they are using the media to get away with it. As for those around me, they fall into three categories:

Those who they are using coercion to intimidate into cooperating (Family); Those they are instigating into taking part in this stalking behavior through black propaganda (Former friends, neighbors and community); And finally those who are professional stalkers, who in some way are getting financially compensated for taking part.

Again, let me take a moment to remind the readers of something here since the FEDS and those taking part in this harassment seem to have forgotten about it. While having my Civil Rights this badly violated, I have never been arrested, charged, tried or convicted of any crimes. Yet, I am being harassed on a daily basis and have been overtly attacked with psychological warfare for the past three years, while having been covertly spied on, stalked, and sabotaged for much longer - perhaps 25 years -- not to mention being assaulted with psychotronic weaponry, which includes V2K technology. Not one minute of my life has been private in all this time. Not one thought has been private, since the FEDS use their remote neural technology to decode my every though. And that does not include the insertion of their own thoughts into my mind by way this technology.

And if you think that this couldn't happen to you, think again, because it can.

Imagine what happens when the FEDS make a situation personal and decide to toss someone's Civil Rights out the window and you will understand just how extreme their violations against me have been. They canvass an entire community back in 2003 and come up with up nothing against me. So what do these federal weasles do then? They decide to go back to when I was born. Start looking for kids who I went to Kindergarten with and anyone else who they can manipulate into taking part in their demonization campaign to discredit me.

And these Federal bastards will deny it. The reality of this situation is that after spying on me for more than two decades, they could come up with nothing of substance to arrest to me for.

Keep in mind this is taking into account that they were spying on me 24/7/365 by way of the NSA's remote neural monitoring program. Now when the feds can't find anything of substance to arrest you for when they are watching you on your own toilet for decades exactly what the HELL ARE THEY DOING???

I think that this is one HELL of a GOOD QUESTION!!!

To the FBI the truth is whatever they decide it is. And they will use their power to silence those with extreme prejudice, who attempt to challenge them and this Government's status quo.

In reality you will never find an organization that violates both Civil and Human Rights worse than the FBI does. Don't take my word for it. Exactly what kind of democracy does one have when they can be arrested for exercizing their first right amendment to free speech? Bush wants torturing people legalized and anyone who criticises him during a public speech arrested.

It's bad enough that he was using the NSA to illegally spy for him and now he's changed the law so that warrantless wiretapping is legal??? Whistleblower Richard Tice has not been heard from since he testified in May of this year, even though it was clear that he had incendiary evidence against the NSA. So where is Tice? Why has none of the information that he provided an investigative committee with been revealed to the American people?

Many people have said that Bush is the ant-christ. Even if he's not, with the acts of treason that he has perpetrated and the complete way in which he has betrayed the American people he might as well be, because as Americans we are ALL going to end up having to pay for it!!

As Americans how many more of this raving lunatic's terrorist acts are we expected to put up with before we shut him down? There NEVER WERE ANY WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION -- the main excuse for Bush's attack on Iran and Iraq. Long ago the PNAC was looking for a plausible reason to attack Iraq. And 9-11 was the catalyst used for them to do so. In this author's opinion the Patriot Act legislation which has literally gutted the US Bill Of Rights, was drafted at least a year or more before the attacks on 9-11. And that self inflicted wound was perpetrated by Bush and the PNAC (Project For A New American Century) to give them a plausible reason to attack Iraq.

What's even worse is that for the past year Bush been looking for a plausible reason to attack Iran. And now it appears that he's coaxed Israel into doing it for him. I spoke with activists nearly a year ago who at the time said that Bush wanted to attack Iran, but was having a difficult time in finding legitimate reasons for doing so. Yet lately, all we are hearing in the US Government controlled mainstream media is that Iran's nuclear weapons' capability is becoming a threat to us and that as a nation, we must do something about it.

Bush is using the media to instill this thought into the minds of the American people so that they will now see Iran as the latest enemy of the US and support Bush's bogus claims. So first it was Afghanistan. Then it was Iraq. And now it's Iran. This media driven black propaganda is being used to brainwash the American people into believing in a non existent threat, while the Bush Administration systematically destabilizes the middle east, country by country.

With a President like George W. Bush who needs terrorists? If this guy and his cronies don't qualify as domestic terrorists I don't know who does. He's practically single handedly bringing the American people to their knees in what is sure to be an economic depression if things continue to go the way are -- despite what the government controlled mainstream "puppet" media tells you.

And everytime he slips another LIE by us Bush looks sternly at the camera and says domestic terrorism, domestic terrorism, domestic terrorism. How do you expect me to protect you from the terrorists if you won't allow me to illegally spy on you? He's a broken record!! Bush knows damn well that he has screwed the American people to the wall. And Congress is letting him get away it. So what does that say for Congress? It says that they, too, are in on this conspiracy! Some of you see the election in 2008 and a democratic President as your salvation don't you?

Well you can forget about that.

Because in all probability Bush and his cronies are going to fabricate another 9-11 type incident to intitiate martial law in this country sometime in 2007. And since Bush quietly altered the Posse Comitatus Act, which once prevented the US military from taking to the streets in instances of domestic unrest, they can now do so.

Were you even aware that Bush has been attempting to federalize the national guard? Why? Why would we possibly need the national guard federalized? How about for the following reason:
When he and his cronies attack us again, Bush wants all of the war machinery in place so that his rounding up of those he considers to be a threat to him and his administration goes smoothly. There will be no due process of law for these people. Nor will there be any justice. They'll just be rounded up and carted away -- Just like the Jews were in Nazi Germany. It is happening again and right before our very eyes!

American people, you're standing on the track and the express train is bearing down on you at great speed. You'd better either get the hell off that track or figure out how to get this behemoth of train to stop!!!

Frank Wilkinson -- A Fighter For Civil Rights, Wilkinson Was A Bane Of The HUAC & Under Constant Threat By The FBI

To this author's knowledge, the FBI spied on Frank Wilkinson for nearly 4 decades, compiling a 132,000 page file on him. The covert surveillance and attacks on Wilkinson and his activism serve as prime examples of the FBI's abuse of Civil Rights in this country, and may well be the longest spy campaign ever waged by it against an American in US history. I am certain that in the later years of the FBI's COINTELPRO campaign against him, Wilkinson was also spied on by the NSA and tracked by way of its remote neural monitoring satellite technology. Although it is doubtful that he ever had even a remote clue of the advanced technology that he was being exposed to.

Through it all, Frank and his work were a wonderful expression of the human spirit in all of us and they will never be forgotten. In addition to his many accomplishments, the FBI's harassment of Frank is also mentioned in his obituary.

Frank, people like you are what the United States of America used to be all about. The FBI and its anti-American activities have always been a perversion of good government and a threat to our Civil Liberties. Frank Wilkinson, fighter for the First Amendment January 2006
August 16, 1914 – January 2, 2006

Frank Wilkinson died January 2 at 91 from the complications of old age, at home in Los Angeles, surrounded by family and friends. Born in Charlevoix, Michigan, Frank and his family moved to Los Angeles early on, and Frank lived there his whole life. But he didn't really stay there. He lived in the whole United States. Frank Wilkinson was a traveling salesman for the First Amendment and against government spying, spending almost as much time doing speaking tours as at home.

He spent his life speaking truth to power: telling the people of the U.S. and the U.S. government itself that Congress, and in particular the House UnAmerican Activities Committee (HUAC), had no business demanding people publicly disclose their politics.

Frank started out his adult life helping poor people of Los Angeles get decent, integrated public housing. After a decade of high visibility successful work, culminating in plans for a state of the art, public housing project in Chavez Ravine Frank faced the first of many challenges to his work. At an eminent domain hearing, he was asked by development company lawyers to name the groups to which he belonged.

That time and one after – before California's "little HUAC" – he took the safer Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination. As was intended by the developers, in the sort of headline grabbing hubbub that ensued, the project for Chavez Ravine was killed, and the poor Chicano people who lived there were forced out of their homes and eventually the land became Dodger Stadium.

After Frank was fired from the LA Housing Authority (and to boot, his first wife Jean was fired from her teaching job), Frank started to work for civil liberties and he started getting mad and educated about his rights. When he next faced the federal HUAC, he stood up and stated his First Amendment right to his beliefs and associations. Nothing happened then. But in 1958, as Frank was organizing effectively and nationally to abolish the House UnAmerican Activities Committee, and was targeted by FBI director J. Edgar Hoover as a primo troublemaker, Frank faced HUAC again in Atlanta.

There, he again took the First Amendment, trying to make his a test case and succeeding, getting indicted on contempt of Congress charges. After appealing the case up to the U.S. Supreme Court, and only losing by a vote of 5-4 Frank's contempt of Congress conviction was upheld.

In his dissenting opinion, Supreme Court Justice Hugo Black memorably wrote, "…I believe that true Americanism is to be protected, not by committees who persecute unorthodox minorities, but by the strict adherence to basic principles of freedom that are responsible for this nation's greatness.

Those principles are embodied for all those who care to see in our Bill of Rights. They were put there for the specific purpose of preventing just the sort of governmental suppression of criticism that the majority upholds here…This country was not built by men who were afraid and it cannot be preserved by such men."

"We will not save free speech if we are not prepared to go to jail in its defense," was also a mantra of Frank's. And Frank went to jail for 9 months with Carl Braden, a fearless civil rights activist. They were the last two people jailed for contempt of Congress for standing on their First Amendment rights not to tell Congress which groups they belonged to.

On his release, Frank redoubled the efforts of the National Committee to Abolish HUAC, working with, and unusually, helping organize for other groups including the National Lawyers Guild, the ACLU, Women Strike for Peace, and the Emergency Civil Liberties Committee. Finally, after decades of organizing, and helping build a strong national movement that humiliated HUAC, Frank saw to it that HUAC was destroyed – relegated quietly to the jurisdiction of the House Judiciary Committee on Civil and Constitutional Rights which smothered it.

Former and current Representatives Bob Drinan, Don Edwards, John Conyers, Bob Kastenmeier, and the late Phil Burton, must take a bow for their efforts.

In 1986, upon finding that the FBI had surveillance files on him and his group NCARL – Frank filed a Freedom of Information suit with ACLU help against the FBI. Eight years and many hearings later, Frank had in hand 132,000 pages of files. The FBI had targeted him with the explicit and frequent direction of J. Edgar Hoover, under its counterintelligence program (COINTELPRO).

Agents followed Frank's every move across the country, trying to destroy the movement to abolish HUAC. The FBI worked surreptitiously to cancel meetings, infiltrate and disrupt events, and discredit Frank wherever he went. At a pivotal moment, the FBI learned of an assassination plot against Frank. It staked out the location without even alerting Frank. Fortunately, the attack didn't take place, though neither did the FBI ever try to prosecute anyone for it.

At the same time it spied on Wilkinson and disrupted his work, the FBI recognized that Wilkinson posed no criminal threat whatsoever to the U.S. or any other entity or person. At the end of the lawsuit, U.S. District Judge Wallace Tashima ordered the FBI to stop its spying on Wilkinson, and enjoined it never to do so again.

Frank spent the rest of his life working to defend the right to dissent and similar concerns, traveling the country tirelessly, long after the fainthearted would have retired. In 1985, Frank helped found and long directed the nonprofit First Amendment Foundation to facilitate the educational work of promoting the right to dissent. Just this fall at the Foundation's behest, Nation Books published Robert Sherrill's biography of Frank: First Amendment Felon, The Story of Frank Wilkinson, his 132,000 page FBI File and his Epic Fight for Civil Rights and Liberties.

Frank is survived by his first wife Jean Benson Wilkinson, children Jeffry, Tony and Jo, second wife of almost 40 years Donna Myers Childers, and her children John, William and Robert, 19 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and friends around the world. The number of people in whose homes Frank stayed must exceed a million. We thank you all for your hospitality and for your activism. Now ask for your FBI file!

A Blue Car Theme Today

Not much to post here except that the gang stalking squad of goons has decided that today the color blue will be a theme. Roughly 20 cars and trucks all some shade of blue have passed the dead end road in front of my home today. Good thing that I learned to ignore the "sensitizing tactics" that these dark menaces of society like to impose on those they target.

I mentioned the sensitizing aspect of the gangstalking protocol several posts back. This part of the protocol is an attempt to get the TI paranoid about anything that the perps choose to utilize, as a part of their harassment and psywarfare campaign. The final result is to have the TI basically sensitized to everything so that they are driven insane. The perps goal for all TI's is death. To drive us into a state of insanity where we take our own lives is for them, the Zenith of why they do what they do. It is about sadism and ritualistic abuse. And even the nicest people can be brainwashed into taking part in it. Everyone has a dark side that can be accessed, so noone is immune from this, and those who sanction these crimes (FBI, NSA, CIA Mafia etc.) are all aware of it. And they could not care less if they damage the psyches of the stalkers themselves since there are always plenty more where they came from.

I should mention that if the TI allows this "sensitizing" to occur (and yes they have the choice not to) they will eventually find themselves afraid to open their eyes for fear that one of the myriad of objects that they have been sensitized to, might upset them. Imagine a situation where you have been conditioned to fear everything around you; every sound that you hear, every item that you see etc. It would become a nightmare if the perps were able to accomplish this, because every aspect of your life would become unbearable. And that is exactly what they want to have happen, because they have been brainwashed into dehumanizing those whom they target so that even the nice little housewife and her kiddies, or grams and gramps can take part in such vicious acts against other people.

I have seen this happen first hand, and it is extremely disturbing. When the young mother is seated in her SUV with her toddler strapped in his car seat, and speaking on her cell phone to another gangstalker in regard to you, it is unsettling. I have experiened this and read about this happening to a myriad of other TI's as well. We don't know those who stalk us, and while the young mother may appear benign enough sitting in her giant SUV and sipping her cup of Starbucks java, the reality is that when stalking you, she is no better then the mainlining junkie who is doing it as a requirement of their probation, the result of them cutting a deal for early release from jail. Both are depriving you of your Civil Rights and due process of law. Both are in the commission of a felony. Again, there is no gray area here.

As far as I am concerned, when the perps utilize anyone in this way it is terrible. And in doing so with children it's most definitely a cruel form of child abuse, which may well traumatize them later on in life. As for the adults who take part in these assaults, let's just say that they are very easily led and are certainly not the type of people who you want raising children, or for that matter living NEXT DOOR or ACROSS THE STREET from you. And of course in most cases, the FEDS are sanctioning these abuses. So is it any wonder why these stalking situations are allowed to continue?

As for sensitizing, it can include the use of colors, foods, automobiles, words, phrases etc. -- in essence virtually any object of their choosing which can (once you are sensitized to it) then be used as a psychological trigger to upset you. However, if the perps actually FAIL to accompish this, their activities lose their effectiveness, and the TI begins to notice just how ridiculous what the perps are doing is. These miscreants also take themselves and what they are doing very seriously and do not like to be undermined or laughed at. So laugh at them as often as you can. They are creeps and deserve it.

Their own EGO's are their Achilles Heel -- Yours certainly was Dr. Allen I. Stempler, Great Neck psychiatrist -- fraud to the psychiatric profession and unindicted felon. Only a complete sociopath could have lied to me week after week during those bogus sessions back in 2004, while you were attempting to entrap me for those federal scumbags working for the FBI and DHS, all the while, soaking my Family for nearly $10,000. You're a fraud Stempler and a disgrace to the medical profession, not to mention an unindicted felon. And I would like for you to attempt to sue me for libel, since we both know that I am telling TRUTH.

As for the triggers these perps use, I learned long ago to ignore them. And while it is difficult to do, it can be done. Their goal is to make you waste your time. So make them waste theirs instead. Someone has to pay for their fuel and the wear and tear on their vehicles, so when they fail at attacking you it does cost them! Make it cost them! They have cost many of us our Families, friends and reputations. So let these bastards waste their time the way that they attempt to waste ours. They are up to no good, so punish them for it.

I would be remiss if I did not extend a debt of gratitude to those persons who've published works in regard to anti-ganstalking/anti-mindcontrol activism. They have been of tremendous benefit to myself and so many others. Their information has helped TI's to learn to defend ourselves against these attacks, by recognizing them and the poor excuses for humans who employ them against us.

Also consider this, because I'll guarentee you that many of the perps have not. By routinely taking part in these tactics, they themselves run the risk of becoming conditioned to respond in certain negative ways to what they are doing. Now while they believe that this will not happen and operate in large cells to prevent it from occurring, the reality is that when you have people taking part in psychological warfare on a regular basis, they cannot help but be affected by it.

There is no way around this. And those who stalk for a living are far more likely to suffer from post traumatic stress syndrome once they have found a new line of work, even though their stalking has ended. Guilt is a tremendously powerful emotion. And while many stalkers are sociopaths who don't empathize with those they stalk, others do, and will eventually experience remorse for taking part in such horrific acts.

I do think that this is extremely important for all TI's to realize.

Well, that's about it for today. Other then what I've mentioned here, the helicopter buzzing has been a bit problematic as has the ELF to cause exhaustion even more so.

However, the 'copter traffic has not been as bad as it once was. I live in an affluent Long Island suburb, and at its worst a few years back one would have thought that we lived right next door to the city airport -- heavy helicopter buzzing on a daily basis for months on end.

Now that I have mentioned this, I may well find these perps buzzing the tree tops around our home again. Afterall, busting balls is a prime component of the gangstalking mindset -- one might say that they actually live for it.

Purpose: Practically, communication with stroke victims and brain-activated control of modern jets are two applications. However, more often, it is used to mentally rape a civilian target; their thoughts being referenced immediately and/or recorded for future use.

EEG Cloning A system whereby the target's EMF is monitored remotely and EEG results fed back to them (or others) to mimic emotional patterns: eg. Fear, anger etc.

Purpose: To induce emotional/psychological responses. For example, the feedback of Delta waves may induce drowsiness since these are familiar when in deep sleep.

Conclusion:
This entire bracket of weapons was referred to by L. brezhnev in 1978 when he told US President J. Carter that there should be a a unilateral ban on certain secret weapons "more frightful than the mind of man has ever conceived." And clearly there are many others that we are yet to learn about ; including advanced forms of infrasound weapons that can induce organ damage/illness from remote sources (esp. satellites).

1. A UN Satellite committee and non-lethal weapons' inspectors.

2. An International Criminal Court prepared to handle class actions brought by the victims.

3. A growth in public awareness regarding the testing of experimental technologies.

Types Of Satellite Directed Energy Weapons & Their Patent Numbers - & Provocative Thoughts Of ET Abductions & The US Military

Several months ago I was surfing the Web when I came across the Website of another TI by the name of Paul Baird. Now ordinarily, when I review a site that has been created by a TI I spend time attempting to see not so much where their experiences are the same (the experiences of most TI's are so similar that they could be described in many cases, as near mirror images of one another), but instead, where they differ.

With every Website I have seen describing the mind control and gangstalking phenomenon (and I am talking hundreds at this point), there are some which cover so much information and are so well put together that they are important reference points not just for other TI's, but also for the general public, who have yet to be made aware of the mind control/gang stalking phenomenon which is being perpetrated against a growing number of TI's, by an extremely well financed network of criminals (at the federal, state and local levels of government) who are either directly taking part in these crimes (such as the FBI and NSA) or sanctioning them.

As I began reading through Paul's Website, it was immediately apparent that it was one of the aforementioned, so I decided to print it out and over the past two days read it cover to cover. Having now done so I have the following observations to make.

First, he has as well as any TI I have ever read, captured exactly what it is like to be a satellite prisoner within the privacy of one's own home, being subjected to the many different aspects of this insideous technology being employed against us by evil government operatives, and other criminals who are behind its use.

Within his site, Baird also lists the different types of satellite directed weapons which are used against him (and most all TI's), and lists patents for many of them (so much for the denial by many government officials that these weapons exist!).

I have included the names of these weapons and their patents at the end of this post. Please feel free to list them on your Websites, since they are the proof all TI's need to show that these weapons do in fact exist, and that we are not just imagining the mind control and directed energy weapons' attacks that we are being subjected to.

Throughout his Website, Paul illustrates for his readers the dangers that these weapons pose in the wrong hands (as they are now), and surmizes that if those utilizing these weapons to control the minds of the masses on this planet are not stopped, we will end up with a mind controlled population, as the extremely invasive nature of this technology can and will reach deep within to the privacy of our own minds, to destroy our freedom of thought, expression and creativity.

This is sheer FASCISM!

It is already happening to a subset of the American population, and given governmental widespread use of this technology on the unwitting citizens of this planet, we are well on our way to seeing it on a global scale, especially with the upheaval that the New World Order one world fascist government is going to create when it is soon implemented.

I am in complete agreement with Paul on this.

The only area in which I disagree with him is in that of extra terrestrial life. He states that most of this satellite technology can be used to deceive us (through the use of synthetic telepathy and satellite induced holograms) and that the ET phenomenon has been a carefully perpetrated government hoax on the people of this planet, to allow it cover to conduct its own illegal and immoral non consensual experimentation on the human population, while sending the pubic on a "wild goose chase" looking for ET's that don't really exist. And if I understood him correctly, I also took his statements to mean that he himself does not believe in the existence of extra terrestrial forms of life.

If I have misunderstood him here, I apologize. It's just that I have read of other TI's with a strong monotheistic belief system centered around a single God, which I believe may cloud their judgement, since it makes it simpler to stick with the fundamentals of these belief systems, and ignore the possiblity that there are other forms of life in the universe that are superior in both intellect and technology to our own.

If those espousing such religious beliefs must take into consideration that these extra terrestrial beings do exist, this would challenge their perspectives regarding the aforementioned belief systems and their historical origins. Jesus Christ in particular comes to mind here. If one was to suddenly discover physical proof that Jesus Christ (Yahweh for Judaism) was a mythical figure rather then a real one, think of what that would do to the billion Christians on this planet, who've built their lives around this ideology.

I should state that I am not saying whether or not Jesus Christ was a real person or a mythical figure. I was not alive at the time that he was purported to be, so I have no way of knowing whether or not this was case. However, I have always found it of interest that a myriad of people would place at the center of their lives such religious convictions which they have no real physical way of ever proving.

I don't think that there is a more applicable saying when it comes to the binding force behind all religious doctrines then that of "safety in numbers." Yet it is those who've eshewed this "safety net" to pursue the truth in regard to the real source of their creation who risk not only criticism for doing so, but also being completely shunned from society for challenging the religious status quo, in their quest for the truth. Being part of a minority which has little political and financial influence is not exactly an enviable place to be. However, that is not to say that all minorities lack such sufficent influence.

In reality the people of this planet are controlled by a minority -- albeit a very powerful, wealthy and influential one. I suspect that if the American people had even an inkling as to just how small the group controlling every important aspect of what occurs within the United States is, they would at first have a very difficult time believing it.

Being an amature UFOlogist enables me to bridge the gap between religion and the paranormal, since I believe that whatever created humans also created everyother life form in the universe. I have long had a fascination with UFO's, whether they be earthborne, extraterrestrial in their origin, or perhaps both. And I have read many articles as well as books written by those claiming to be alien abductees in an effort to achieve a greater understanding of how humans came to be. While there are many similarities between these abductions, there is one aspect that is not. A number of alien abductees have recounted a definite military presence in their hypnotic regressions, while others have no such memories.

Over the past few months I have developed an interest in the work of a UFOlogist by the name of Dr. Karla Turner, who before her untimely death in 1996 ( to a very strange form of cancer), wrote three very compelling books in regard to her own abduction experiences as well as those of several other abductees, including some of her own family members.

For anyone who has an interest in the alien abduction phenomenon, Karla's work is a must read, as are her accounts with several abductees and another prominent researcher in the field by the name of Barbara Bartholic. I did find it of interest that several of the accounts of victims who Barbara interviewed did, through regressions, remember US military involvement in their abductions.

And it is also interesting to note that Karla herself did mention experiencing several odd occurences after being warned by an anonymous source to end her ET research. She suddenly found her home being buzzed by "black helicopters" several times a day. (I had my first encounter with these back in the early 1990's -- long before I realized I was a TI). She was also suddenly followed by cars wherever she traveled to, began to receive strange phone calls, and experienced unexplained noises within her home including the same types of pops, clicks, bangs, tapping sounds, and other strange behavior from home appliances that so many of those people targeted by the US Government and directed energy weapons have reported witnessing.

I should note here that I have experienced most all of them as well.

I think there's little doubt that Karla and those she was interviewing for her books had legitimate alien abductions, and that the government was trying to learn as much about them as it could. The US Government's warning to Karla and those who contacted her against doing any further research seems to point to yet another government conspiracy to deprive its citizens of learning what connections it has with the Roswell incident of 1947 and all that has transpired since then.

In Karla's case as well as many of those abductees whom she interviewed, it would appear that several of their abductions were not conducted by the military, but instead by extra terrestrial beings. And moreover, that it was in fact the military that was interested in observing what occured with these abductions to gather more of their own information in regard to this phenomenon. Both Karla her husband and son all reported having been abducted by military personnel late at night, drugged, interrogated, and then returned to their homes.

There is also the issue of one of the abductees who Karla interviewed by the name of Ted Rice, who reported to have had contact with interdimensional beings who claimed to exist on vibrational frequencies which differ from our own. Now Ted is not just anyone. For decades he has been a well respected psychic using his paranormal abilities to help a myriad of people. In a conversation that he had with Karla, Ted recalled meeting a woman named Maya while he worked at a resort. They would meet on a regular basis and discuss many aspects of life. However, Maya was always secretive as to where she lived, saying only that she worked at the same resort as Ted. Whenever Ted would question her about where she came from, Maya would quickly change the subject. Ted became suspicious and on the day he left the resort asked personnel about Maya, giving them a general description, only to be told that no one like that had ever worked for the resort.

He would later find that other people had described chance encounters with a woman who fit Maya's description. In fact, one of these people was actress Shirley Mclaine. Ted had wondered if the numerous descriptions of the woman he knew as Maya could have possibly been the same person. He later arrived at the conclusion that Maya was in fact an interdimensional being that existed at a different frequency but was able to travel to lower frequencies including the one which contains the time space continuum that we exist in.

If this is the case then it would mean that just because we cannot see these interdimensional beings, does not mean that they don't exist. And while these beings cannot be referred to as extraterrestrial in origin, they are definitely not of the earth life system that we are accustomed to.

So if those who in "blind faith" believe that their Gods exist, why do they have such a difficult time acknowledging that these others beings may also exist? It would seem that religious indoctrination has far more to do with this than the deity being worshipped does.

However, all things being as they presently are, the arguements made for gods and religions have existed since humans took their place on this planet, and will continue to until such time as concrete evidence is offered to enough of the human populace to determine that one point of view truly is superior to the other.

At least we don't have to concern ourselves with proof of the technologies being employed against us, since thanks to the careful research being conducted by many TI's, we now have physical proof that the technologies being employed against us really do exist.

Further Nuerophone advances included the development of the time recognition processor, improved memory applications and the advances in satellites incorporating neurophone technologies.

Purpose: Practically, the Neurophone could be used to communicate with the deaf but, more often, it is used to terrorize political/military targets. The trackedindividuals hear recorded/live threats, propaganda etc. which those around them do not hear (delivered mainly via satellite laser).

EEG Cloning
A system whereby the target's EMF is monitored remotely and EEG results fed back to them (or others) to mimic emotional patterns: eg. Fear, anger etc.

Purpose: To induce emotional/psychological responses. For example, the feedback of Delta waves may induce drowsiness since these are familiar when in deep sleep.

Conclusion:
This entire bracket of weapons was referred to by L. brezhnev in 1978 when he told US President J. Carter that there should be a a unilateral ban on certain secret weapons "more frightful than the mind of man has ever conceived." And clearly there are many others that we are yet to learn about ; including advanced forms of infrasound weapons that can induce organ damage/illness from remote sources (esp. satellites).

What's needed includes the following:

1. A UN Satellite committee and non-lethal weapons' inspectors.

2. An International Criminal Court prepared to handle class actions brought by the victims.

3. A growth in public awareness regarding the testing of experimental technologies.

Did Jeopardy Champ Ken Jennings Cheat? Or Was He The Target Of A Covert Government Mind Control Experiment On National TV?

First off, this author is not claiming that Ken Jennings cheated while he was a guest on the Jeopardy television program.

However, ever since seeing his amazing performance on the program, I have often wondered if there was something going on that eluded the program's viewers, and quite possibly even Jennings and the Jeopardy staff themselves.

Given what I have learned over the past few years in regard to the U.S. Military Intelligence complexes' use of satellite based technology, including that of synthetic telepathy, for the purpose of non consensual human experimentation (in particular remote forms of mind control experimentation), this technology could have easily been employed with Jennings whether he knew about it or not.

I do find it implausible that the King Of Jeopardy was able to win so many consecutive games, only to eventually lose on some fairly easy questions.

And his return performance was less than stellar as well.

With this in mind I must ask the following:

Was Ken Jennings' long-term win, a U.S. Government covert "in your face" operation, in which they used Ken Jennings as an unwitting target of computer to brain interface, by EEG heterodyning the neural pathways of his brain, in order to implant many of the answers to questions Jennings' was asked by Jeopardy Host, Alex Trebeck? If one looks at the statistical probability of Jennings going undefeated for as long as he did, only to end up losing in such an anticlimatic way, I think the probability that something covert was occuring behind the scenes regarding Ken Jennings' stunning performance, becomes a real possibility.

If this is the case, then the main issue here is who has access to mind control weapons which are delivered via signals intelligence satellites and over the horizon radar systems like HAARP, which could have been used to interface an artificial intelligence computer with the neural pathways of Ken Jennings' brain?

The Pentagon has them.

And so does the U.S. National Security Agency in Fort Meade, Maryland. And the NSA is overseen by the U.S. Department Of Defense, so as I already stated, the Pentagon has access to these weapons as well.

And so do the CIA and DARPA.

Is it possible that all of the alphabet agencies operating within the U.S. federal government now have access to these stealth weapons?

Sorry Ken, but there's just something about all of those consecutive wins and the statistical improbability against them occurring, which leads this author to believe that there is a much larger issue at hand here. One which concerns classified government technologies which the mainstream public cannot even begin to comprehend.

If this is the case and you knew nothing about it, then you were just an innocent dupe whom they used for their own evil agenda.

If so, then you were cheated as well, into thinking that you accomplished a tremendous feat that in reality, you did not.

I would prefer to think this, then that you and the folks at Jeopardy actually had an inside track on what was going on, and that as such you were part of a modern day type of "Quiz Show" scandal, like the one which took place within the TV broadcast industry in the 1950s.

In this case you may have either been given the answers to the questions in advance, or if I am correct about the government's use of your person as a target of mind control experimentation, you may have actually had these answers implanted into your mind via EEG heterodyning technology, without ever realizing it.

In my opinion it's the latter, which would make you and the Jeopardy staff the unwitting victims of the covert sabotage of this program.

Powerboats come in all sizes, and the owners and drivers are equally diverse. They range from President George Bush and former football quarterback Joe Theismann to the cast of the "Miami Vice" television series and top officials of giant corporations. All, however, have one thing in common--to go as fast as they can with the boat that's under them without it ending up on top of them.

A good case in point is George Bush, whose 28-foot Cigarette boat, Fidelity, can reach speeds of 50-plus mph. Bush loves to drive all out, and finds great sport in outmaneuvering his Secret Service guards.

To keep up with him, the agents use bigger 36-foot chase boats. Unfortunately, their boats take such a pounding that the men who never smile have blown an undisclosed number of engines. Now, they're trying a different tactic--sturdier engines. Meanwhile, Bush is having the time of his life.

Fortunately for the Secret Service, Bush does not own a Superboat. These behemoths of the powerboat racing set can reach upward of 150 miles per hour and require crews of six to operate. At such speeds, they make powerboat racing one of the more dangerous sports, but for die-hard powerboat competitors, the thrill outweighs the risks. "Racing is living and dying in three-quarter time," one boat racer has said. "You can experience, in the span of one day, defeat, humiliation, joy, excitement, and ecstasy."

Female FBI Agent Discusses Sexual Harassment At The Bureau & Suicide Of Her Husband -- Did The FBI Drive Him To It?

Suzanne Doucette's case appears to be one in which the FBI retaliated against her as a Whistleblower. It seems that honest FBI agents are in as much danger from this agencies' corrupted hierarchy (good ole' boys' network) as are the American people.

Her husband eventually committed suicide. To hear Suzanne tell it, one would think that it was just the pressure of trying to keep the American people safe which led to Brad's suicide. Or was it something much darker? Perhaps it wasn't his fight against terrorism that caused Brad Doucette to commit suicide, but instead, his knowlege and possible complicity in the FBI's obstruction of justice which took place during the FBI's investigation into the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center (something that the FBI was clearly complicit in) which had the catalysing effect?

Speaking to students at Bowdoin College FBI agent Suzanne Doucette, wife of FBI agent Brad Doucette, told the audience how FBI agents in her office installed survelliance cameras under the desks of female agents and bet amongst each other about the color of the female agents underwear. FBI agent Doucette collapsed at workfrom bleeding ulcers resulting from the treatment she received from co-workers after she filed her lawsuit when she was sexually assaulted by her supervisor at the FBI. Her husband went on to commit suicide.

Denver Post Mar 9, 1994 WASHINGTON - When Special Agent Gayle Wyche complained about sexual discrimination in the Drug Enforcement Administration, she says, a supervisor told her he would solve the problem - on condition she begin a personal relationship with him.

"He suggested we would go bar hopping, hot tubbing, etc. together on a weekly basis. He explained to me that this was how other female agents in the Albuquerque division were "taken care of,"' Wyche testified to a House investigative subcommittee yesterday.

A new report by the General Accounting Office, Congress' investigative arm, on sexual harassment complaints at the drug agency was released at the hearing.It concluded that processing times for complaints were long, averaging 382 days; investigations and case files were incomplete; female employees feared retaliation for reporting harassment; employees lacked understanding of what behavior constitutes sexual harassment; and the agency's disciplinary actions were perceived as insufficient to deter future harassment.

After a year of investigations of her complaint, Wyche said she was offered a transfer to Denver with the promise that nothing from Albuquerque would follow her. She agreed.Her new boss, it turns out, was a friend of the supervisors in Albuquerque - and he, too, began harassing her, she said.Wyche now is on leave without pay.

Shirley Ann Garcia, an investigative assistant for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, said the special agent in charge in Dallas flicked his cigarette ashes down the front of her blouse several times.Wyche, Garcia and three other female employees of federal law enforcement agencies - including the Federal Bureau of Investigation - alleged sexual harassment and retaliation in a hearing of the House Post Office and Civil Service subcommittee on oversight and investigations.

DEA spokesman Frank Shults said in a telephone interview that "DEA's policy on sexual harassment is very clear: It is not tolerated by any employees."Susan McCarron, a spokeswoman for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, said that because Shirley Ann Garcia has complaints pending against the agency, she could not comment on the specific allegations.McCarron said the agency's new policy regarding sexual harassment is "zero tolerance."

"ATF has taken steps ... and we will take all steps necessary to prevent (incidents of harassment) and to deal with them appropriately," she said.

Also testifying at the hearing were Katherine Churchill, a senior forensic chemist at the DEA's Southeast Laboratory in Miami; Ann Marie Canty Garcia, a DEA special agent in Hong Kong; and Suzanne Doucette, a former FBI agent who also testified last May to the Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs.After that appearance, Doucette testified yesterday, male agents at her former office in Tucson played videotapes of her testimony and made derogatory comments about it.

"After being forced to leave the FBI, my career is over, my salary is gone and I am forced to sell personal belongings, including a car and my home," Doucette said. FBI spokesman Nestor Michnyak said that because of Doucette's pending lawsuit against the agency, the FBI could not comment on her testimony.

"The FBI is confident all facts will be developed fully during the litigation," he said. On a gray morning two years ago, Brad Doucette awoke before dawn after another restless night.A top FBI counter-terrorism official, Doucette, 45, had gone to bed late after one more long day. Then his sleep had been interrupted by phone calls from agents in the field.The first came about 4:30 a.m. and lasted so long that his wife, Suzane, grabbed a quilt and went to sleep in an adjacent bedroom in the couple's 1923 Victorian in the Chevy Chase section of Washington.

An hour or so later, Suzane heard Brad on another call. Her normally calm husband was yelling -- about what, she couldn't make out. By then, it was almost dawn and Doucette began his morning ritual. Preparing her coffee. Making himself toast. Placing his slacks in the pants presser. Setting aside two sodas for his drive to the office.

Normally, Doucette's routine next would have taken him to the shower. But Suzane never heard the soothing sound of streaming water. Instead, there was a loud bang, which she mistook for a lamp crashing to the floor."Brad? Brad?" she called out. There was no answer. She hurried to their bedroom.There, she found Doucette lying motionless on the bed, a tiny spot of blood behind his right ear.

He had shot himself with his FBI- issue, 9-millimeter pistol. She reached for the nightstand and a phone to call 911. But the line was dead; Brad had yanked it from the wall.The coroner's office ruled Doucette's death April 29, 2003, a suicide. Those who knew him say the relentless pressure of working counter-terrorism helped push him over the edge."It was 100% the job," said Suzane, a former FBI agent. "The extreme exhaustion. The worry. Not being able to sleep. Not being able to leave Washington."

On Sept. 11, 2001, tracking down terrorists and preventing attacks became the FBI's most urgent priority. Three and a half years later, the relentless pace and the pressure to stay a step ahead of an elusive adversary are wearing down even seasoned agents.

"For many people, once they get home, they can leave their work at the office," said FBI chaplain Joe Williams, a Baptist minister. "The problem for federal agents in counter-terrorism is that they can't let it go. They are always thinking, 'Have I really covered everything today?'

"Doucette had spent nearly 20 years at the FBI. At the time of his death, he was head of an elite unit at bureau headquarters that investigates suspected espionage by Iran and the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah and other Shiite Muslim extremists.FBI officials declined to comment on whether Doucette's suicide was related to his work.

They said there were no statistics on job- related stress among counter-terrorism agents.But the FBI is studying how those agents have been affected by the war on terrorism. The analysis will examine sick leave, resignations, disciplinary cases, requests for counseling and other factors.

"The people who do this counter-terrorism work literally feel responsible for everybody in the country," said Kathy Thomas, an Oklahoma psychologist who has counseled several hundred law enforcement officers, including FBI agents.The pressure to anticipate and preempt terrorist acts, rather than investigate them after the fact, creates a special psychological burden, current and former agents say.

Ken Piernick, a colleague of Doucette's who preceded him as head of the Iran-Hezbollah unit, suffered a heart attack on the job and retired in December 2003 after 22 years with the FBI."The job -- not just for me, but for everybody -- is a meat grinder," he said.

After Sept. 11, "nobody was under the pressure the FBI was under," said Larry Mefford, who retired as the bureau's head of counter-terrorism two years after the attacks."I heard over and over again that if the CIA didn't catch the terrorists overseas or the Pentagon didn't capture or kill them, it was up to us," said Mefford, now head of global security for Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas.

Steve Moore, an agent in Los Angeles, spent nearly three years supervising investigations into Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups. Brad Doucette was once his supervisor. A year ago, Moore, a 21-year bureau veteran, asked for a new assignment. He is now an FBI pilot."People come to counter-terrorism wanting to make a difference," he said, "and three years later, you come out gasping for breath."

*Aside from a paid obituary in his hometown newspaper in Little Falls, Minn., Doucette's death did not make the news. But it was all the talk inside the FBI, from Los Angeles to bureau headquarters in Washington.FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III visited the Doucette home three times, once to hand-deliver letters from President Bush and then-Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft.

Doucette's family, friends and co-workers had been aware for months that he wasn't coping well with the pressure. To hear them tell it, it was as if his life had slipped away in slow motion. And they were helpless to stop it.Doucette, who was born in Minnesota, grew up in Montana and Washington state. He attended the University of Washington, graduated with a law degree from Willamette University in Salem, Ore., and joined the FBI in 1983 at age 26.

An uncle had been in the FBI, and it was the only career that interested Doucette. He was especially drawn to intelligence work.His first assignment was in the Sacramento field office, where he met Suzane, a divorced agent with two young daughters. In just over a year, they were married.They were transferred first to New York and then to Phoenix.

Suzane quit the FBI in 1993 after settling a sexual harassment lawsuit against the bureau. Brad's career, meanwhile, was on a steady climb.By the time the Doucettes arrived in Los Angeles in 1994, he had worked almost all the prestige assignments: drug smuggling, bank robbery, white-collar crime.

Then he moved into counter-terrorism.Part detective work, part divination, the job requires agents and analysts to interpret wisps of information -- a telephone intercept in Pakistan, a suspicious passenger on a Paris-New York flight, a paid informant's tip -- to see if they foretell an attack.Doucette seemed to thrive in the assignment.


He worked on the investigation of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which killed six people and injured more than 1,000. The bureau's detective work laid the foundation for the conviction of four Islamic militants.Doucette also helped supervise the investigation of the 1999 crash of an EgyptAir jet, which plunged into the ocean off New England, killing all 217 people aboard. The disaster was ultimately blamed on the copilot, who investigators said deliberately put the aircraft into a dive.In 2000, Doucette ran the FBI command post for the Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles.

Even before Sept. 11, he wrestled constantly with how to chase an endless stream of leads. He worried that he might miss something, or pursue the wrong case, or act too late to prevent an attack."If he had a fault, it was that he cared too much," Moore said. "When you are a paramedic and see people die, you shouldn't dwell on their death and the loss. It's called building walls."Doucette "couldn't build those walls," Moore said.

*After Sept. 11, the atmosphere throughout the bureau became taut. Moore was one of three agents who helped Doucette pore over a stack of investigative leads every morning."It took four of us just to get through that stack every day by noon," Moore said.While agents worked round-the-clock to prevent new attacks, the FBI was bombarded with criticism for having failed to detect the Sept. 11 plot.It emerged that an agent in Phoenix, two months before the suicide hijackings, had alerted superiors that Muslim extremists were training at U.S. flight schools.

In August 2001, agents in Minnesota detained a French-Moroccan flight student who they suspected was training for a terrorist mission. The agents could not get clearance from FBI higher-ups to search Zacarias Moussaoui's laptop computer.

Moussaoui was in federal custody when the terrorists struck. According to the Sept. 11 commission, he had been preparing to participate in the hijackings or in a second wave of attacks that never materialized. Last month, he pleaded guilty to conspiring with Al Qaeda and faces the death penalty.The FBI's Los Angeles office figured in another missed opportunity. In late August 2001, the CIA told the bureau that two suspected terrorists -- Nawaf al Hazmi and Khalid al Mihdhar -- were in the U.S. On Sept. 10, agents in New York passed the tip to Los Angeles, believing the men were in Southern California.

By then, it was too late. Hazmi and Mihdhar had left for the East Coast to participate in the hijackings.The episode underscored how costly even the slightest lapse in vigilance could be."Brad shared everybody's concern: Did we somehow screw up?"

Moore said.Despite the pressure, Doucette found time for family, friends and football. A high school quarterback, he was a devoted fan of his alma mater, the University of Washington."He never missed a Huskies game" on television, Suzane said.The couple lived comfortably in one of the Spanish-style houses that blanketed the suburb of Calabasas. Their next-door neighbors were Scott and Victoria Sterlekar."I'm sure, with the job he had, he was very serious at work," Victoria recalled.

"But at home, he was really fun."Suzane said her husband never let the stress get the best of him. Years earlier, they'd had occasion to discuss suicide when an agent in Los Angeles killed himself after being charged with public drunkenness and assault."We both agreed that suicide is never an option," Suzane recalled, "that no job is worth it."

*Doucette had never given much thought to working at FBI headquarters. But in early 2002, he heard Mueller tell supervisors that the fight against terrorism required more talent and commitment than ever.Inspired, Doucette applied for a high-level job in Washington -- and got it. He started his new position directing the Iran- Hezbollah unit in September 2002.Within weeks, the pressure-cooker environment of the seventh floor at headquarters, home to the FBI's upper management, was consuming him.

Doucette oversaw scores of FBI agents throughout the U.S. and abroad who monitored Iranian agents and Shiite Muslim extremists. Piernick, his former colleague, said he spoke with Doucette several times about his new job: "I told him you have to be remorseless in the pursuit of terrorists."He told Doucette that meant pushing agents beyond what might be considered reasonable, requiring them to chase even the skimpiest leads.

Doucette listened politely, Piernick said. "But when you talk to people, you know when they don't agree with you," he said. "I don't think Brad liked to be the bad cop ever."In March 2003, Doucette was given another demanding responsibility -- an FBI command post launched with the start of the Iraq war. Its mission was to oversee interviews with Iraqi exiles in the U.S. and collect intelligence for American troops.Juggling two jobs left him drained.

"He worked seven days a week and even if he was at home, he was constantly on the phone," Suzane said.Doucette shed 30 pounds from his sturdy 5-foot-11 frame. His good humor was gone too. An amateur astronomer, he was too exhausted to take time out for his telescopes."He didn't even watch football," Suzane said.

That Christmas, the Sterlekars flew in from California and found the Doucette home decorated for the holidays. But when they sat down for dinner, something was different."He didn't look the same," Victoria said. "He had lost a lot of weight. He just didn't seem like the same old Brad."After a few months in Washington, Suzane did something radical for a former agent who had spent years in a world defined by bureau politics, bureau procedures and bureau parties."I begged him to leave the FBI," she recalled.

He refused.Piernick last saw Doucette in the FBI cafeteria, his shoulders slumped."He had folded up like an origami figure," Piernick said. "I asked him if there was anything I could do to help, and he said he was OK." Doucette's stepdaughters, who live in Los Angeles, last saw him three months before his death."He lost his color," said Cyndi Shope, an actress. "He looked gray."Her sister, Kelli Shope, editor in chief of a Pepperdine University law journal, said: "He was not one to complain at all, but you knew the work was incredibly hard. He knew people's lives were on the line."

Five days before his death, Suzane said, Brad called her from the office to say he had nearly blacked out. She picked him up and drove him to the hospital. After a series of tests, a doctor told Doucette that he was suffering from exhaustion."The next day," Suzane said, "he was back at work."The night before he died, the couple enjoyed a simple dinner of soup and sandwiches at a local restaurant.

They talked about the usual things -- family, his job. Doucette was troubled that his boss wanted him to fire two intelligence analysts because they could not handle the assignment. Doucette thought they just needed guidance.The couple got home late, and Doucette crawled into bed about 2 a.m. He was dead a few hours later.Suzane has asked the FBI to honor Brad's memory by issuing a 20- year service pin -- even though he died six months short of the milestone.She has also petitioned the bureau for death benefits on the grounds that his death was job-related."Suicide is a statement and there is a degree of finality associated with that statement," Piernick said. "You are not just killing yourself; you are punishing someone. I am not sure who Brad was trying to punish. It may have been the bureau."
